Returns

Should you order one of our products and it arrives damaged, simply call our customer service center and we will replace the damaged part free of charge. You pay nothing. If a replacement part will not fix the problem then we will ship you another unit free of charge. Once again, you pay nothing.

Returns by no fault of Patio Market and its shipper after 30 days of the original date of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee, which covers the original cost of shipping the order to the customer.
